The Beginning
WIYN started with two careers. We spent years leading teams, for different customers and on different global missions, each bringing our own gifts to the work.
Over time, we kept coming back to what we loved most: helping people and organizations reach higher than they thought they could. So we decided to build something around it.
We've done that work in nonprofit and commercial settings and in defense, and what we've learned is the same everywhere. Leadership and communication changes lives, not just organizations.
